This is my Sankofa I got a few years back. I fell in love with the symbol and meaning back in high school. After it healed I noticed very shaky lines and not as great as work as I had originally thought =( I'm hoping soon to find someone to correct this artist's mistakes. No shade towards the previous artist, this symbol has a lot to deal with my inner healing from addiction and I want it to better than what it is now.
