“I went on a 14 day silent retreat and it was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done.Towards the end of the two weeks I had what I think I can only describe as an out of body experience during the 4am session. I felt an overwhelming bubble of sadness and guilt literally rise within me but it wasn’t mine I was just experiencing it for someone else, I opened my eyes in floods of soundless tears that also felt not mine.I forgave my mum there and then, and it felt natural that I would stand by her no matter what, no more distancing myself, no more pushing her to get help, I would just be there unconditionally.When I left and came back home my mum told me she had something to tell me. She’d woken up really early in the morning (around 4am) and she said it was then clear what she had to do and why she had to do it.I believe I felt what my mum was feeling. I still don’t know what my mum actually felt that morning but it gave her the power and motivation to change her life.”My client was visiting from Australia and had no idea what she wanted and gave me free rein … this was the result ;)This is not what i wanted. Then she said it would look good with the other side and she would make them identical. Not going to lie I was a little hesitant but them I remembered she knows whuts up. Once I saw the picture I saw she was absolutely right it looked dope and my ink was starting to come together.The last tattoo I recieved, I love it because it was quick simple and what I wanted but I feel like im missing something. I like the kinda dark and creepy side of it but I can't decide what else to add.
Amazing side piece ! I was able to work up for tge client on the spit for her This was an idea I had in my head. I described what I wanted and it was freehanded on.Franklin Ward is the best.....I asked for a skull that's not girly with no color and badass!!! I so got what I asked for..... So going back to him to get a female style on my right side. This is what i was given to work with. So i went to work. What I want to start with before I get my sleeveFirst tattoo ever, family crest I knew I wanted this done since I was 14 and was so happy to get it done.
