Done by Donald Price; in machesney park, IL. I have only been going to Donny for all tattoos and piercings, have a light hand. After getting tattooed by him, you totally forget they are there, they feel like your regular skin. This is a hummingbird the size of a quarter, for my grandma; and my dogs birthday. I have 2 more tattoos from Donny. I trust him with my skin and my vision.
