This is one I did for my girls who are 14 and 18. My oldest Nia has had multiple open heart surgeries the 1st was when she was 2 weeks old. I incorporated the heart because they are my heart and her surgeries so the heart has is a symbolic of so many things for me and the names written in the shape of a heart are Nia Marie my oldest and Hailey Jo which stands for Jordan. This is the most recent one.
