Healed Tattoo #traditional #Javanese #traditionaltattoo #bassfishingTuyul is a mythical spirit in mythology of South-East Asia, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, and Singapore. This creature can be evoked to work with a human under its own terms. Somehow, a Tuyul is like an animal, so it needs to be treated as such. In order to foster a closer relationship with this creature, the owner should give it a cup of milk every morning, some toys, clothing, sweets and biscuits. Some also smear a few drops the owner’s own blood to the Tuyul statue.A person who owns a Tuyul uses it mainly to steal things from other people, or to do mischief. According to a well-known superstition, if money or jewelry keeps disappearing mysteriously from your house, a Tuyul might be responsible. One way to ward off a Tuyul is to place some needles under your money, for Tuyul are afraid of being hurt by needles.According to Javanese mythology, the creature is believed to be kept by a person practicing pesugihan Tuyul black magic. Pesugihan is derived from Javanese word sugih means "rich". It is a kind of magic to help people to become rich instantly, but in exchange he or she must perform some rituals or offering tumbal (sacrifice something) to keep the Tuyul happy. A Tuyul can be kept for an instant financial gain, but in exchange a female member of the family must allow it to breastfeed from her, sucking blood instead of milk..Done by Anneke Fitrianti..#blacktattooart #btattooing #blacktattooing #linework #lineworktattoo #inkstinctsubmission #blackworktattoo #taot #blackworkerssubmission #blacktattoo #lineworks #blackworks #dotworks #occultart #petrichortattooyk #tattoojogja #jogjatattoostudio #INDONESIA #blacktattooartist
A Chinese and Javanese aculturationOld Javanese writingPetruk is a character in traditional Javanese puppetry, or wayang. He is one of the four Punokawan, together with Semar (the leader/father figure), Bagong, and Gareng; Petruk acts as the middle child. They are portrayed living together as a harmonious family..Punokawan are not present in the original Indian versions of the Mahabharata, they are thought to have been an original Javanese creation. He was originally a noble raksasa known as Bambang Pecruk Panyukilan. He was humorous yet quick to fight, enjoyed joking but a furious warrior..The name Petruk may derive from the Arabic Fat-ruk, the first word in the Sufi creed fat-ruk kulla maa siwallahi ("leave all but Allah")..The Punokawan, often provide comic relief in the stories they are in, but also serve to speak to the audience and convey ideas of the dalang (puppeteer), including social criticism..Done by Anneke Fitrianti..#wayangtattoo #javanesetattoo #petruktattoo #punakawantattoo #blacktattooart #btattooing #blacktattooing #linework #lineworktattoo #inkstinctsubmission #blackworktattoo #taot #blackworkerssubmission #tattoolife #blacktattoo #lineworks #blackworks #dotworks #occultart #blacktattoomag #inkedblaq #tattoojogja #jogjatattoostudio #INDONESIA #blacktattooartist
