This is as close as I've been able to find of something similar I want on my chest... sans the Swallows, add a chain around the heart with a padlock. Get rid of the crown. Add a bandaid on the heart, maybe guns where the skulls are. Fancy lettering on top with "Protect your heart" in Latin.
