It was really important for me to find someone who could not only understand the meaning behind my idea but also bring it to life in an abstract, expressive way. Mary was genuinely attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand all the details, references, and context I shared, and offered several sketches—some even in watercolour—to make sure we were fully aligned. The tattooing itself was done with care and precision, and even the large black areas felt smooth and comfortable. Some of the finer details turned out even better than I imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary to anyone looking to turn a personal, abstract idea into a beautiful, well-crafted tattoo.

The whole experience was amazing. From the start she was really nice and knew what she was doing. As someone who was getting their first tattoo it was quite daunting but after meeting Zuzanna I felt assured I was in good hands. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted and she made amazing designs based on my brief. 100/10 would recommend.

Great tattoo experience, it was my first time coming to Jay and will definitely be back in the near future. Tattoo design was sent over the day before with the opportunity to tweak. Jay did a great job building a custom design, and listening to what ideas I had in mind. The shop was clean and modern, with drinks available, no complaints!

I’ve had so many tattoos done by Jay now and I can honestly say I will never go to another tattoo artist. Not only is the work incredible and the pieces are insanely detailed but he’s extremely reliable and flexible. Going to a new tattooist was very daunting for me and as soon as I met Jay I was instantly put at ease and it’s been that way ever since. I would strongly recommend Jay to anyone that’s thinking of getting their first tattoo or looking for a new artist!
