tattooing dark skin is not easy for many tattoo artist. There’s a misconception about tattoo not showing on dark skin. In my experience I have not seen any skin as dark as black ink. Keloid is caused by an excess protein collagen in the skin during healing. It is not harmful but some people find it unattractive.
